mir ist neulich mal aufgefallen, das Softclose meines W140 arbeitet Geräuschlos...
das Softclose beim W221 hört sich an als würde ein Golf an einem vorbeifahren.
Ist das auch schonmal aufgefallen?

ja das Softclose im W221 arbeitet sehr laut!
Im 221 läuft dies auch nicht mehr penumatisch ab sondern mit einem Elektromotor in der Tür.
Vorteil: wenn ein Softclose Bestandteil in einer Tür ausfällt, dann ist nicht gleich die ganze Anlage uneffektiv.
Nachteil: etwas lauter als im W140
